This house was hit from hurricane Ian and is being SOLD AS IS. It DOES have brand new hurricane impact windows through out the entire house and the doors are brand new. Slider, front door, and side door. THIS IS A FIX ME UPPER!!!
The roof has a tarp on it and insurance came in and completely gutted the home down to the studs. Don't believe there is mold, there is no insulation, or dry wall. The appliances are still in working order since the house did not flood. There is a new refrigerator, a range, washing machine, and dryer. The air conditioner is still in good working order and so is the furnace. The outside of the house is nice with a fairly large back yard and a large two car carport. There is a lovely lanai also with brand new impact hurricane windows.
This is definitley a fixer upper and could be a great flip or home to live if you have the know how and ability.
