Why am I still here? I was painted inside and out. My price has been reduced multiple times. I have a composite dock with boat lift, two jet ski lifts, fish cleaning station with both electricity and water. Oh...yes...sailboat water! No bridges preventing you from getting to the bay. I mean really...isn't that what everyone wants if they live in Venetian Isles? Prefer a swim while others catch and prepare dinner? Well, hop into the pool and then soak up sun on the screened lanai. Sip something fruity while the catch of the day is grilled on your outdoor gas grill. Keep your eyes on the water though...or may miss the occasional dolphin or manatee frolicking. Oh yes...I have had my HVAC system replaced in 2016 and a new tile roof installed in 2012! I really am a wonderful house...waiting for a new owner to make me their special retreat. See you soon!
