Hey everyone, let's build a large, luxurious deck in front of this house that we can all be proud of. It was an excellent idea that was poorly executed. In fact, it's closer to a dumpster fire than a work of art. But that's what demo is for. We'd also suggest you do not lick the front door when you go in. Unless your health insurance is really, really good (and you want to test it out). It gets better inside. Rooms are pretty large, floors are pretty level, and the bathroom is pretty standard. We're calling it a three bedroom, but the room at the rear has glass French doors. So, unless your idea of bedroom privacy is "no privacy" because you think everyone wants to see the speedos you sleep in, maybe it's a two bedroom with a large dining room. Or change the doors for the sake of common human decency. Roof, mechanicals, windows, kitchen, bath were updated in 2015. House tented in 2016. So, if you are one of the 9,743 flipper hopefuls scouring the streets of St Pete, maybe this is for you? Or are you a buy and hold investor that wants to add to your nest egg? Maybe this is it.
A few caveats however.... first, listing agent does not work with buyers... if you are a buyer you rock, but find an agent to show you and submit offer. Seller will not look at offers until Monday, 4/11, so you have time to look and submit your highest and best cash offer.
