The floors are luxury vinyl planks that are ideal for this type of environment...wet suit and towels on the floor, no problem...dog likes to run and slide, let it go...sand all over the floor, easy clean up. This property hasn't been in the rental program since it was remodeled so everything is like brand new. If you decide to use it as a rental the beauty of this unit is you can pick and choose when you want to use it instead of having to take what is available if it were already in the program.
