This is a hidden gem 55+ community that is on the Caloosahatchee River in beautiful Alva! Lovely and peaceful with huge, majestic Oaks, the community includes lawn service, heated community pool, community boat ramp, bocce ball, library, clubhouse with pool table, shuffleboard, horseshoes. and bus facilities weekly. There is a green space on the west side of the park used as a driving range too. There are boat slips, but for use of the boat slips you will have to check availability, if none are available, they add you to list. There is a boat ramp within the community, R/V boat storage are available an additional fee per month.
