Nice Home in a great location, needs some TLC but the roof was replaced in 2007 and the AC in 2004. Most of the windows have been replaced. Large fenced in yard, extra wide lot with room for Boat or RV. Put some work in and you will have anice home. Ceiling Fans in the Living Room and the Bedrooms do not convey.
