AC was replaced in 2020, Bosch dishwasher, stackable full size washer and dryer only 1 year old. Assessment is 375 a month, however, due to New Hardie Board Siding, New Insulation, Enhanced Support Beams and New Impact Windows and Sliders, owners have to also pay $1,350 every quarter for about 2 more years as a special assessment, then that fee is gone!.
