This is a first floor unit with no stairs to deal with and there is also an elevator in the building to get to the laundry room and workout room. The pool and deck overlook the bay with and a large dock area to fish, grill on the community gas grill or enjoy some spectacular sunrises, getting a suntan or having an evening cocktail while watching the shooting stars and rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. A new air conditioning unit was just installed and this unit also has a new refrigerator and newer dishwasher with new bedroom carpet installed within the last 6 months. There is a smaller dock to launch a kayak or paddle board. Casa Prima is a pet friendly complex for pets under 40lbs total for maximum 2 pets. Since it was built in the 70s there is only one car per unit.
