West of the Trail, Southpointe Shores Bay front community with a private park and boat ramp for it's members to use. Keep your boat on your side yard, get it ready to go, dunk it in the water only a block away, then return to clean it in your driveway.  Southpointe Shores is only a 5 to 10 minute drive to Siesta Beach, it is just a 5 minute ride to Gulf Gate or Sarasota Square Mall. Be downtown in 15 minute or to I-75 in about the same. Why pay over $500,000 for a much smaller lot just 5 or 10 minutes north when you can have this large lot with saltwater access for less. You will have a much larger footprint to build your dream home on and keep your boat, camper, etc.. at your house. Pretty good options!
