Lee County's 50% rule will come into play with this one. 2 Absolutely beautiful trees in the backyard. Pictures don't serve them well. Seawall: Approximately 100 feet. Approximately 40 feet of seawall was damaged during IRMA. Measurements: I taped measured them myself. They are approximate! I am guessing where exact Survey points are.
