Short Sale. This home was an approved short sale and the contract fell through before an appraisal could be done. The home appears to have a mold issue in the Florida Rm but otherwise a typical condition of a short sale. The owners started a full renovation and fell short of completion. The floorplan is spacious and lives much larger than the size. The lot is oversized and can be used in so many ways. There is a large detached 2 car garage with a workshop area in it. The owners were in the process of remodeling the home and the baths have been done, there are wood floors in the auxillary bdrms as the living room. The master carpet is disgusting. There is vinyl flooring in the kitchen area with some updating. The washer/dryer hookups are in a utility area at the end of the kitchen. The FL Room has some issues and I believe that is where the mold stems from but it is very large and could be really awesome.
