Burnt Store Lakes (also referred to as "The Lakes") is a deed restricted community that has seen a tremendous amount of recent growth. It is located in the southern section of Punta Gorda and Charlotte County. Burnt Store Lakes is north of Burnt Store Marina. For most of the homes in the Lakes, it is 1-5 minute drive from front door to the marina parking lot.
