The condominium has had many upgrades, hurricane proof windows and sliders give you a safe, secure property, the AC was replaced in 2023. The roofs have been replaced for the entire complex this past fall, Bahia Vista Gulf is being very pro active and replacing the balconies on some buildings, H 243 has already been through this upgrade. The balcony is the best place to view the Gulf of Mexico, sunsets are spectacular from your own condominium. Every Tuesday you will find a beach party directly on the BVG beach, so join right in don't be shy. The condominium at H243 has been very well taken care of, the sellers have replaced the bedroom and bathroom doors with 6-panel doors, there is a Murphy bed in second bedroom installed in 2004, which also converts to more space for entertaining when the bed is not in use.
