I also sport newer appliances and aredesigned kitchen with a Tuscan flare. Unwind and have a glass of Vino at my kitchen bar. Stroll through my rooms and discover laminate floors, tile and carpet. I have a golf cart garage with an overhead door. No one else has that around here. Infact, you can have the golf cart too. It's in excellant shape. I'll give you everything. I may be a little more expensive then some, but I'm worth it. Sure, you can find a small house for the same price. But so?
