Freshwater pond has turtles and freshwater fish and birds also one gator. Mullet also come through the weir and can be caught by throwing a castnet. The weir (a dam) separates the pond from saltwater canal leading to the intercoastal waterway. Dolphin, manatee, and saltwater fish are on the salt water side Snook, redfish, and others can be caught from the docks and seawall. The community has 5 transient boat docks for weekend use. At the end of the circle there is an access for canoes and kayaks.
