Corporate owned, sold as is. Cozy 1/1 on top floor (no overhead noise!). No appliances, but shows pretty well. Just needs some fussing. Easy to afford for a cozy getaway or ? Easy to see, easy to like. Good condo amenities, reasonable fees--you get what you pay for, including the nice amenities and location afforded by this super convenient setting.
