Great Pulte home in a nice community with NO CDD fees and very low HOA. Master bathroom needs a little work, otherwise home is move-in ready. A/C unit was replaced less than 2 years ago. Huge screened in lanai runs the entire length of the home that has a window unit that will cool the entire space in the summer. Plenty of room in the back yard for a pool.
