MAKE US MOVE! CASH ONLY. This is a solid 3 bedroom/2 bath home in a great neighborhood. If you know Brian Andreas and his StoryPeople, you will enjoy the artistic flare on the walls. New vinyl planking has been installed on most of the floors two years ago. There is enough left to do the 3rd bedroom (which is currently office and computer hangout for test equipment and old computer parts.) There are no baseboards. We just never got around to it. The house was remodeled in 1998 with a master bedroom and bath addition along with new electrical update at that time. It looks pretty much the same…except for the paint and floors already mentioned. Oh, we did put on a new roof in April 2022 and installed a new HVAC system in 2007. It has been serviced (and repaired as needed) every 6 months. It works beautifully and we have all service receipts. We also have a drywood termite contract which is transferable. New sod was installed in both back and front yards, without irrigation, so it looks a little sad right now. If you like fish, we have koi in an above ground pond. We can’t take them with us, so my husband will show you how to take care of them. We sectioned off a nice shady spot in the back yard where we had chickens. They have a lovely little coup. Unfortunately, there is only one chicken left. She lays an occasional egg. I keep saying we should just eat her. Then we can get more. My husband can’t bring himself to do it, though. She is yours as well. Our yard is fenced. You will likely want to plan to replace it soon. We do have a generator! It will run the fridge and a few other electrical things in the case of a power outage. The house is located in a wonderful power grid…we have rarely lost power. My husband was concerned about living through a hurricane aftermath without power. Furniture can be left upon request. You would be set to start earning income on your new Airbnb! Per St Pete regs, you are allowed to rent your property for a minimum 30 days up to three times per year. Pretty sure the neighbor across the street runs an Airbnb. Domain Homes purchased a house down the street for $260,000 and tore it down. They are going to build a new home! They don’t do cheap! A new house across the street from that same property is listed for sale at $360,000, but you have to be income qualified and you rent the land. Get that? You don’t own the land…you are going to pay rent for 99 years! MAKE US MOVE!
