Short Sale; approval of the seller's lenders(s) may be conditioned upon the gross commission being reduced, any reduction of the gross commission will be apportioned (50/50)between listing and cooperating brokers. Short Sale listing price may not be sufficient to pay the total or all liens and costs of the sale of the property at full price may require Seller's Lender approval and such may be conditioned upon gross commission being reduced.
