Short Sale; approval of the Seller's Lender(s) may be conditioned upon the gross commission being reduced, any reduction of the gross commission will be apportioned (50%/50% split) between listing and cooperating Brokers. There will be a third party negotiation fee of $995.00 to be paid by Lender and/or Buyer.
