CFR Contracting is the sole owner and contractor for 1017 Crescent Lake Dr. The partners are splitting the business and need to divest of this asset. The asset consists of 2 single family dwellings that are individually metered. Front house consists of 1754 sq ft in the main house and guest house is 480 sqft for a total of 2,234 sq ft. The square footage on the county appraiser website is inaccurate due to rehab. Additional square footage was obtained with modifications to the homes framing. Signed engineering plans are part of the package which will allow buyer to alter the square footage to heated square footage on public records.
To date the following repairs have been completed:
Main sewer line has been replaced
Front house has new concrete structural piers installed to code, permitted and inspected
Front house has had all damaged lumber replaced and new structural support beams installed and the house has been leveled.
New decking and roof has been installed
House has been reframed according to plans provided
Home is ready for windows and siding to be installed
Once siding is installed MEP systems can be completed
