This beautiful historical home is part of Welch's Mediterranean Rowe in the 100 block of 19th Ave NE within the Historic Old Northeast neighborhood! All ten homes on the south side of this block were designed by the same architect and built by the same contractor. The name of the district derives from M.B. Welch who built each of the homes in Mediterranean Revival style. The home has been updated and more photos coming soon.
