This 30 acres is along the oldest roadway in North Florida, the Old Bellamy Road, built in 1821 to connect St. Augustine with Tallahassee. At the end of the road, a half mile further east, is an O''Leon State Park kiosk, parking area, and footpath along the old roadway inside the park. This acreage has recently been logged of pines. The for sale sign is at the opening in the roadway treeline used by the logging trucks. The truck lane goes back to a clearing to the left which is the approximate center of the parcel.
